Heather’s Hands do their very best to provide quality products that you will love and want you to be completely happy with your purchase.  If you are not completely satisfied with your order please email info@heathershandssoaps.com within 14 days of receiving your order.

 

Heather’s Hands will accept return of all products except sale items.  However, we cannot refund shipping and handling fees and the customer is responsible for re-shipping fees.    

 

Returned items must be unused, in original packaging and re-shipped within 14 days with appropriate tracking to receive a refund.

 

All sale items are non-refundable.
